La Mer is an ode to the sea, inspired by the irregularities of the foam, the transparency of the water and the beauty of the diversity of textures found in the ocean. La Mer is a poetic exploration of the intertwining relationship between water and the human being, with the aim of evoking the feeling of immersion favoring cocooning shapes and maximalism silhouettes. This cross seasonal collection finds its color palette inspiration in Monet’s, Cézanne’s and Matisse’s painting Dance, proposing an evolving color palette from ivory, turquoise and teal for the Spring / Summer pieces to aqua, silver and lilac for the Fall/Winter Pieces inspired by the subtle hues in the surface of the sea.
